Responsibilities

• Collaborate with different teams to understand and document the vast Transdev data universe
• Write queries, perform ad hoc data analysis, and create data marts to keep the nerve center of our business running at full speed
• Proactively develop new KPIs/metrics to identify trends within our product-lines
• Support our Business Analysts across the organisation
• Help migrate our Legacy Datawarehousing and Legacy Reporting tools to our new Cloud-based infrastructure.

Requirements

• 3+ years of work experience developing a best-in-class understanding of databases, data relationships and data integrity
• Advanced knowledge in SQL and Business Intelligence tools e.g.: PowerBI, QlikView and at least good knowledge of another data analytics tool, framework or coding language; like R, Python, SPSS, SAS etc.
• Self-starter attitude and ability to exercise judgment and solve difficult problems without direct supervision
• Strong communication skills and attention to details, accuracy is a must!
• Understanding of different KPIs and how they are usually calculated (churn, gross adds, most used site, etc)
• Other analysis and presentation tools useful (Business objects, etc)
• Interested in the business aspects of public transportation and communicates well with business owners
• Good attitude, positive, hands on and a true team-player.
