We are currently recruiting exclusively for FSN Capital, a market leader within the private equity industry, and leading the way in digitalizing this sector. 

Venquis is looking to hire a ‘Head of Digital Transformation’ to lead this part of the business from the front, and ensure that FSN continue to lead the way whilst going through some huge digital changes. 

We are looking for someone passionate, charismatic, who is happy to challenge the norm.  

The aim of this role is to help FSN become one of the world’s first digitally driven private equity firms. 

Requirements:

• This person will be driving adoption of new solutions and ways of working by having an influential presence. 

• Deploy and measure effectiveness of new functionalities. 

• Have a central role in deployment and operations of a brand new data platform, never implemented anywhere in the world before! 

• Translate between business needs and technical requirements. 

• Excellent presentation and public speaking skills. 

• An ability to lead and delegate tasks as well as leading technical teams with niche competencies. 

• Be loyal, conscientious and a team player.
