Tom heads up our German-speaking Europe team, spearheading a team of client solutions consultants specialised in designing and implementing tailor-made staffing solutions for cross-sector clients across a broad range of industries and geographies, whilst managing our growth across the DACH region.

Tom started his Venquis career in 2014 and cemented Venquis’ global expansion by opening our Munich HQ shortly after. Tom initially found his niche in sourcing hard to find technology and data analytics talent, consistently becoming the company’s top permanent biller in the process.
