Following a successful career in the Royal Marines as a Sniper, Michael now heads up the UK Financial Services Client Solutions team. 

Creating bespoke staffing solutions for business change and technology transformation programmes, Mike has 8 years’ experience in the Asset Management, Wealth Management and Private Banking sectors. He has the ambition and experience to create flexible solutions for large scale contact and permanent projects, for small to medium sized organisations, all the way through to global brands such as HSBC, Vanguard and Goldman Sachs.
