And in that spirit, FMO is looking for T-shaped full stack developers: developers with understanding of how each of the stack component interacts to construct a business application while also being specialized in one or more components.
As the compiled development stack is potentially unique, they don’t expect candidates to be experts on the full development stack on day 1. However, they do expect candidates to be willing to invest in the knowledge build up of the development stack.
