A global telecommunications company in Munich was undergoing a large, multi-year, full-stack channel transformation program. Having supported this client on several occasions, Venquis was, this time, onboarded by the Global Head of Digital Transformation, as well as two department heads, was asked to search for two key skills:

Lead Product Owner

Technical Integration Leader

The company engaged with Venquis to alleviate the struggle in finding the right resources – particularly within specialist areas like Lean & Change.

Understanding Needs

Before working with Venquis, our client had relied on the services of multiple external technology service providers, specifically within the software development area. Therefore, the aim of our search was to insource businesscritical leadership. Their responsibilities would include managing external teams on a day-to-day business to ensure better alignment with the internal solution development department.

How We Delivered the Solution

Venquis conducted a search across the European technology marketplace to source candidates from direct competitors in the telecommunications industry. Thanks to our track record in the European IT market, within two weeks able to present four profiles for each position. We offered the client a variety of backgrounds – as well as local and international options – and all candidates were invited to first-round interviews with the client.

Transformation Delivered 

Following the final rounds of interviews, our client identified their favourite candidate for each role. The candidates were presented with competitive employment offers, resulting in both candidates accepting the offers.
