1ovmany are looking for a Junior Consultant responsible for supporting work across its client base and delivering work needed by the consultant team.

Be part of a team of consultants specialising in business transformation, helping clients to achieve new performance highs.

In this role you will make an important contribution to the analysis, design, and implementation of business transformation approaches, assisting in the development of tailor-made solutions and working closely with clients to ensure positive impact and sustainable results.

In addition to working with colleagues internally, you will also get to do client facing work to help expand your knowledge and deepen your understanding of client engagements.

• Previous professional experience in planning and delivering transformations (e.g., comprehensive process optimisation) using Lean and other agile concepts in service
• 3-5 years experience in a scrum master role
• Strong analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Mobile and excited to take on longer assignments
• Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively, both verbally and in writing, in English
