COOP are working on delivering the best retail shopping experience and are part way through replacing 80% of systems, software and infrastructure to create a stable, secure and future-proof technological platform to make work procedures more efficient.

Technology must create value in every corner of our business and for the IAM department this means building and delivering an intuitive and fast IAM solution.

As IAM lead you will be able to put a huge mark on the COOP IAM landscape as driver of the technology renewal/refresh being the main driver for the department.

Requirements:

• Drive to get things done, change and set agenda, improve technology, remove roadblocks

• Visionary influence – involvement and drive of overall strategy for IAM department. Solution oriented

• Participation within vendor selection

• Project Management

• Ability to build network, communication

• Proactive

• Team Lead and Player

• Solution oriented.
