At the end of 2023, following a successful merger and two-year integration project, Westfield Specialty wanted to embark on a strategic hiring project within their IT change team. Partnering with the company’s CIO & Head of Recruitment, Venquis put together a thorough strategy to support the search for highly specialised IT professionals across the London insurance market.
The process included the company’s Client Partner, and key members of the Candidate Partner team, specialising in the London insurance market. Regular briefing calls and meetings took place, which kept the Westfield Specialty informed throughout the process, from search, to interview, to offer stages.
Venquis’ existing database of highly skilled IT individuals was tapped into, and our team were able to reach out to new candidates in order to identify the right technical skillset and cultural fit that Westfield were looking for.
