Transdev - Product Manager

Responsibilities

Responsible for the overall business strategy for our products and to help decide what type of products to develop. Responsible for execution, alignment of processes and continuous improvement in alignment with all business owners and team. HR responsible for Product Owners, application managers, and product development of Netrom and Enigmatry
Responsible for the budget, more than 3 million euros annually.

Advocate of the SAFE methodology
guiding multidisciplinary teams on a product’s lifecycle, from development to execution
understanding the competitive landscape, learning about its users, and devising new solutions for improvement.
Research and development of a innovations
working at the intersection of business, technology, and our customers.
developing strong relationships with cross-functional teams in order to plan ahead and bolster a product’s success.
defining the tactical roadmap, features, and success of our products
Analyzing, understanding, and representing user and IT needs
Defining the vision for a product, such as a multi-year roadmap of its development, packaging, launch, and expansion
Coordinating and communicating about the product’s vision with management, product teams, and other stakeholders
Gathering and conducting research and feedback on the product
Guiding teams through the entire product lifecycle

Competences

Propagation and implementation of the SAFE methodology

Additional requirements

• Minimum HBO / WO level
• Minimum SAFE certificate or similar experience
• Demonstrably tech-savvy within a complex IT landscape
• 5 years of experience as a Product Owner, Release Train Engineer or similar
• 5 years of experience as HR manager of a large knowledge-driven team.
• Ability to communicate well verbally and in writing, such as Dutch and English
o Demonstrable ability to collaborate and stand up for the team
