Product Manager

Take lead of scrum teams as the Product Owner providing vision and direction to the Agile development team and stakeholders throughout the project and create requirements. Plan and prioritize product feature backlog and development for the development team.

Responsibilities


  • Responsible for the overall business strategy for our products and to help decide what type of products to develop. Responsible for execution, alignment of processes and continuous improvement in alignment with all business owners and team. HR responsible for Product Owners, application managers, and product development of Netrom and Enigmatry
  • Responsible for the budget, more than 3 million euros annually.

Additional requirements


• Minimum HBO / WO level
• Minimum SAFE certificate or similar experience
• Demonstrably tech-savvy within a complex IT landscape
• 5 years of experience as a Product Owner, Release Train Engineer or similar
• 5 years of experience as HR manager of a large knowledge-driven team.
• Ability to communicate well verbally and in writing, such as Dutch and English
o Demonstrable ability to collaborate and stand up for the team

Salary indication


• Base salary : €75 000,00- 100 000,00 / year based on 40h/week, including 13th month, holiday pay,
• Result dependent bonus
