Senior Project Manager – Global Roll out 

Purpose

Due to our international growth ambition, we are looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead the deployment of our innovative FLOW project. FLOW is a Microsoft Dynamics 365 based ERP suite, integrated with best-of-breed applications for specific domains. We are replacing the existing environment with a state-of-the-art software development environment, and your role will be crucial in managing the rollout of this new platform across our global operations. This step-by-step evolution on a new foundation is vital for enhancing our operational efficiency and technological edge.

You will be working in a global multidisciplinary team with Corporate ICT and software engineers to deliver results swiftly and efficiently.

Role Overview

As an experienced Rollout Manager, you thrive in an international and highly dynamic working environment. You know exactly how to enhance organizational readiness for the rollout and ensure the successful deployment. You will be part of the Flow! Programme team in Rijswijk. Your leadership will be pivotal in coordinating the rollout process for (teams of) users to the FLOW program whilst continuing to develop the roll out framework as we move to creating a standardised process.

Key factors of success:

  • Planning & Coordination: Develop and align rollout strategies and schedules.
  • Execution: Implement rollout steps and activities, ensuring seamless cross-team collaboration.
  • User Engagement: Act as the primary point of contact for end-users, offering guidance and support.
  • Mentorship: Coach and mentor end-users to ensure smooth adoption of new systems.
  • Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve rollout issues efficiently.
  • Knowledge Sharing: Collaborate with the FLOW program director and the wider community to share insights and best practices.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously refine and automate rollout steps where feasible, defining and enhancing necessary capabilities.

Education and Experience 

  • Strong professional experience in change management, project rollout, or deployment management. (7 years+)
  • Proven experience of parallel roll outs with a wide variety of scope, scale and complexity.
  • Experience in optimising deployment processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Strong focus on business process management and improvements
  • Expertise in stakeholder management, including identifying, analyzing, and engaging stakeholders throughout the change process.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to articulate change impacts and benefits to diverse audiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing environments and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 & Power Platform is ideal.
  • University degree in Business, IT, or Change related field.

Where Will You Work?

In this role, you will be working within the Corporate ICT department at the Kiwa location in Rijswijk, although it is also possible, after the familiarization period, to work from home or another location. Occasional travel to the international Kiwa offices is also part of the role.
