Responsibilities

• Responsible for the performance of the performance, capacity and availability of the company network
• 2nd / 3rd line support and solving outages and incidents including network infrastructure and associated systems
• Initiating, processing, testing, and implementing of measures to improve performance, capacity and availability of the company network
• Write and advise on RFC’s to implement changes in systems or networks
• Continuous collaboration with other departments within IT , business, and suppliers to deliver products, tools and services to ensure delivery within budget with high quality and efficiency
• Take part in 24/7 rotation for standby support

What you’ll bring

• Minimum HBO / WO level
• Fluent in Dutch speaking and writing, English reasonable level
• Demonstrably tech-savvy within a complex IT landscape
• 10 years of experience in network design and/or maintenance
• Knowledge of :
  • Protocols:
    • tcp/ip, bgp, ospf, ipsec, dns, dhcp, IDS/IPS, IPSec & SSL
  • VPN
  • Switches/routers
  • Loadbalancing
  • Firewalls/Palo Alto
  • Fortinet.
• Certification: CCNA, CCNP or similar
• Experience with routing (BGP/OSPF/MPLS/PBR/NAT) using HPE FlexFabric hardware.

Additional competences

• Experience with AWS networking & cloud firewalls
• Experience with RADIUS techniques
• Basic VoIP knowledge
• Microsoft server experience
• Ability to operate in a complex structure and international context
• Ability to dal with adhoc influences, and improvise if needed; entrepreneurial management

Salary indication

• Base salary : €70 000,00- 90 000,00 / year based on 40h/week, including 13th month, holiday pay,
• Result dependent bonus
